Pilot Peer Support Program

In regard to EASA regulations made mandatory from spring 2021, we provide a Peer Support Programme, compliant to the CAT.GEN.MPA.215 and associated AMC.

Local Peer Support helps to prevent mental and psychological problems, that may cause risk to job performance and flight safety.

The Peer Support Programme consists of:
  • Kick-off meeting with management
  • Peer-support training program (1 day) – with follow-up training once a year
  • Written information to flight crew about self-awareness and self-referral
  • Feedback to management (feedback meeting once a year)
It is also an option to have psychological counseling included in the support program. Go Aviation Assessment provides professional counseling and help to flight crew, in regard til mental distress and mental well being.
