A well-planned recruitment process is essential to ensure to highest possible level of flying safety and Crew Resource Management. It is also a tool to minimize training costs – and to ensure that all employees are contributing to an efficient operation.

It is about ”risk reduction” on all parameters.

Therefore, all pilot recruitment should be rooted in the operator’s unique Pilot Profile. The profile describes competencies, personal skill, operative patterns, and aircraft type. Not to mention: the overall values and goals of the company.
